We were given the task to document the process of creation and production in the Lu-Couture fashion design school, and generate visual content that is related to the fashion-world. I documented the production process with a particular focus on moving subjects, but also thought about the effect that nowadays’ fashion concepts have on humanity. These thoughts resulted in the following product: a multi-layering of the utopian physical appearance of a model and her natural appearance. Analog double exposures which thematise the conflict between the form concepts and the reality.
Im Rahmen der Gestaltungsarbeit zur LuCouture Schneiderschule habe ich den Schaffensprozess dokumentiert, mir aber auch Gedanken zur Auswirkung des modischen Formbegriffes auf und seiner Interaktion mit dem Menschen gemacht. Daraus resultierte in der Umsetzung eine fotografische Übereinanderschichtung der utopischen Form der Schaufensterpuppe und der realen Form des Menschen. Analoge Doppelbelichtungen, welche den Konflikt der Formen in der Mode aufzeigen, sind entstanden.
